Everything is really clean, they're organized and professional, and they have a great selection of jewelry. I got my second lobe piercing on both ears in June. Everything healed really well, went back for the post downsize and everything. I just changed the earring for the first time. The only reason I'm taking off a star is that one of my piercings is crooked :( and I just noticed. It's like it went through my lobe at a diagonal, so it doesn't match the other one. The piercing on my right side is perfect! The left side is crooked, and the backings of earrings knock into each other when I wear earrings in both piercings. I'm sure I'll get used to it and all will be well, I'm just a little disappointed.
(The photos are mirrored, so the first two are my right ear, second two photos are my left ear)
Incredible experience re-piercing my ears after having my original holes surgically closed. They made sure to account for the closure but maintain complete symmetry. So precise and great consultation. The piercer was incredibly knowledgeable and very gentle. Love! Highly recommend.
3* for the management, 5* for the piercer. Made an appointment to get my ears re-pierced after not wearing earrings for a long time. Arrived a few minutes late as the left turn on Route 9 was backed up and I sat through 4 cycles. Then had to find a space in the parking lot and make my way to the store which is tucked away. When I arrived I was told my appointment was half over and they could reschedule me for 2 hours later. I started to leave but given I had just driven 40 mins to get there, went back in and asked if I could please be accommodated. Loli (piercer) said ya, no problem. She did a great job. Anyone who knows this area knows it is tough to get around town. Never thought a piercing shop would be so strict on timing. Weird business model to try to turn people away when a 10 minute appointment can net $100+. Would make more sense to try to accommodate as I imagine it’s not really a repeat business kind of thing for most people.
I came in on 07/09 with the expectation that my piercer knew what she was doing. To cut it short, my Tragus was pierced incorrectly hence leading me to come back the next day to have it taken out. Once they looked it over, they stated that it was being “rejected”, instead they should’ve told me that it was actually done WRONG. Now, I did have it re-pierced on the opposite side by someone else who did it correctly. Overall, i was accommodated and refunded, but this should have been avoided in the beginning if it was done correctly the first time.
the absolute worst customer service I have every experienced happened here. I went with my cousin to get her ears pierced for the first time and we were 3 minutes late and denied service. We left at a logical time but there was an accident which made our drive take longer than expected and even after explaining that to staff we were denied service while the whole place was EMPTY. Not to mention the attitude we were given by the workers was so unprofessional they should be ashamed. Instead we took her to Claire’s and they were happy to pierce her ears with no problems. 11/19/23
I made an appointment for my daughter to get her ears pierced here and we arrived a few minutes late due to traffic and having trouble finding the store since it is tucked into a tiny ally of the shopping center. When we did arrive there was a sign propped just outside the entrance to the store that said walk-ins welcome, so I thought surely they would still honor our appointment. No such luck. There was one other person in the store when we arrived. We were told that because we were late they would not be able to do her piercing. The receptionist was not unkind but she was not in the least bit apologetic or empathetic. She did offer to reschedule us another day. No thanks. We will try somewhere else.
The vibes are good but when you walk in the salespeople don’t come up to you. When they finally do, it feels like they are simply waiting for you to decide what you’re gonna buy..kinda annoying tbh. Really cute jewls and the piercer was very kind.
Arrived there 1 minute past the “grace period” and was refused service. The store had one person in it, not busy at all and had a sign that said “Walk ins welcome!”. They can welcome walk ins but don’t respect their scheduled appointments. The woman who helped us was not rude but definitely wasn’t empathetic towards us. Would not go back!
